All papers will be reviewed by a panel of reviewers, and selected papers will be submitted to a database indexed by SCOPUS. The commitee is responsible for the handling and submission of selected papers. However, this should be beared in mind that the final decision of the indexation and acceptance is solely the right of SCOPUS.
