Nationals of these countries who are going on holiday and are attending conventions are allowed to stay in Indonesia for up to 30 days without a visa. Visitors should be in possession of a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity and a return or an onward journey ticket at the time of arrival. The visa fee is US$25.00 for up to 30 days stay in Indonesia. Visitors should be in possession of a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity and a return or an onward journey ticket at the time of arrival. The conference fee is relied on single submission.  Additional submissions are possible for one account, but the fee must be paid for  each article. The registration fee covers for plenary and parallel sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, and a conference kit for single person. Authors will be charged a publication fee after the article has been accepted.  

Authors must be responsible for their articles quality and format regarding submission to the IOP. There is no possibility to return the registration fee back.
