Background: The COVID-19 pandemic that has hit the whole world has an impact on all aspects, including education. Educational institutions have implemented the WFH work system in the presence of the COVID-19 pandemic. This is due to preventing the spread of COVID-19 and for mutual safety. WFH is something new for SMP Negeri Teachers in Banyumas Regency. Therefore, it is necessary to have high work  motivation for SMP Negeri Teachers in Banyumas Regency so that WFH runs well and the teaching and learning process runs smoothly. High work motivation can be achieved by increasing work motivation factors, namely satisfiers factors such as achievement, appreciation / recognition, the job itself, responsibilities, and opportunities to advance. Objective: To determine the satisfiers factor of WFH  motivation of Junior High School X Tearchers in Banyumas Regency. Methods: The google form instrument (online questionnaire) consist of a questionnaire on work motivation, achievement, reward / recognition, job itself, responsibilities, and opportunities to advance. Univariate and bivariate chi square analysis and multivariate logistic regression. Conclusion: There is a relationship between satisfiers factor to Work From Home (WFH) Motivation of Junior High School X Teachers in Banyumas Regency
