One of the therapy for COVID-19 is antiviral drug. Oseltamivir and Avigan are widely used as therapy for COVID-19. This study aimed to evaluate the antiviral used and the most dominant administered to COVID-19 patients.Methods: This research is an observational study with purposive sampling. Data were collected retrospectively based on medical records of hospitalized COVID-19 patients at Ajibarang Hospital between April 2020-March 2021. All data were analysed descriptively.Results: Based on the analysis of 56 COVID-19 patients, the characteristics of the research subjects were obtained : age, gender, and antiviral drugs used in COVID-19 patients. The highest age category was 18-85 years with a percentage of 40.31%, the gender were 51.26% male and 48.73% female. The most antiviral administered to patients were Avigan 42 patients (75%), Oseltamivir 14 patients (25%).Conclusion: The result showed that the most dominant antiviral therapy in Ajibarang Hospital from April 2020 to March 2021 was Avigan with a percentage of 75%.Keywords: Drug utilization, antiviral, COVID-19, Ajibarang Hospital
