Abstract

Abstract

Analysis of biomotor abilities aims to identify and develop individual biomotor skills which include factors of strength, endurance, speed, coordination and flexibility. Physical components and nutritional composition are mutually contributing factors in the process of testing and measuring biomotor abilities. The purpose of this study is to analyze the biomotor ability seen from the body composition and nutrition.

The method used in this research is correlational with a cross sectional approach. The dependent variable is the biomotor ability and the independent variable is body composition and nutrition. Researchers used samples used were teenagers aged 18-20 years, totaling 100 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Technical data analysis using the SPSS Version 25 calculation tool.

The results showed that the value of the effective calorie contribution with biomotor abilities was 19.5%, carbohydrates 9.4%, fat 10.8% and protein 18.2%. While the value of the Relative Contribution of calories and agility is 60.2%, arm muscles are 25.4% and vertical jump is 16.5%. SR value of carbohydrates with 43.2% sprint, 35.6% agility and 6.7% balke test. SR value of fat with 52.4% agility, 25.6% arm muscle strength and 11.6% vertical jump. The value of SR protein with 38.7% arm muscle strength, 35.7% vertical jump and 24.9% sprint.

The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive contribution from the aspect of carbohydrates, fats and proteins with biomotor abilities in adolescents.
