Abstract


Background. The corona pandemic has an impact on multiple aspects of human life, including the labor sector, namely work fatigue. Work fatigue occurs because of many factors, namely internal factors (personal workforce), external factors (work) and work environment factors. Fatigue will show different conditions in each individual. The causes of fatigue are heavy workloads, poor nutritional conditions, and an abnormal work environment. The impact of work fatigue can be a decrease in work performance and productivity. Work fatigue is a problem for workers in the informal sector. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors that influence work fatigue on tofu home industry workers in Kalisari Village, Cilongok District. Method. The research design is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach. The research population is tofu home industry workers in Kalisari Village, totaling 260 people. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling with a total of 120 people, are samples were taken from four region (RWs) in Kalisari village. The research instrument used a questionnaire, a questionnaire in the form of Food Recall, Rapid Entire Body Assessment, Stopwatch, Questtemp, and Reaction timer. Data analysis used Chi square test with 95% confidence degree (α=0,05) and logistic regression.Keywords: Work fatigue, tofu entrepreneurs, informal sector workers
