Abstract


Interactive and interesting learning methods are one of the challenges for teachers in this 21st century. Needs analysis is the first step that must be taken by teachers or researchers to make product development, so that the product that will be produced is in accordance with the needs and right on target. The purpose of this study was to find out the analysis of the needs for developing flipped learning and podcasting products in the entrepreneurship course for PKO FIK UM students in 2021. The research method used was descriptive research involving 34 students of the VII Semester Sports Coaching Education Department, Universitas Negeri Malang. Data collection techniques using instruments and observations. The data is processed by describing and analyzing the data to the conclusion stage. The results of the analysis show that students are interested in using learning methods using flipped learning and podcasting. In conclusion, the learning method using flipped learning and podcasting can be continued for product development.
