Description of Learning Motivation of Students of Ners Profession of Jenderal Soedirman University During The Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract


Background: Ners professional programe is advanced courses after graduating from undergraduate nursing programe. The graduate form Ners professional program are expected to become professional nurses having knowledge, attitudes, and skills. To achieve that purpose, it is required high learning motivation of Ners professional students. This study aims to find out the description of learning motivation of Unsoed Ners professional students during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Method: This research is a quantitative descriptive research with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique is total sampling of 77 students as respondents. The data retrieval uses questioner and it is analyzed by using univariate analysis.

Research Result: Most of respondents are female (71,4%), with an age range 17-25 years old (72,7%), and live in the boarding house (62,3%). The majority of respondents have learning-motivation with high category (76,6%).

Conclusion: Most of Unsoed Ners professional students have learning-motivation with high category.
