Organizational Management and Development of Musi Swimming Sports Achievements Swimming Club during the Pandemic

Abstract


Purpose: The aims of this research are: 1) Knowing the management and organizational resources in the Musi Swimming club.,2) Know the attention system and players in the Musi Swimming club.,3) Knowing the process of implementing the training program carried out at the Musi Swimming club.,4) Knowledge of the financial condition of the Musi Swimming club., 5) Knowing the condition of the Musi Swimming club facilities and infrastructure., 6) Knowing the achievement coaching system that has been implemented at the Musi Swimming club.

Methods: This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. Descriptive is a way to describe or describe the data that has been collected as it is without intending to make conclusions that apply to the general public or generalizations. This study seeks to describe or describe the Organizational Management and Development of Swimming Sports Achievements at the Musi Swimming Club in the Pandemic Period. This research is descriptive in nature so it does not intend to seek explanations or give special treatment to the research.

Results: The results of this study indicate that the level of Organizational Management and Development of Musi Swimming Club Sports Achievement is good with an average consideration of 170.1. The level of Organizational Management and Development of Musi Swimming Club Sports Achievements in categories (1) very good 0%, (2) good 72.73%, (3) quite 22.73%, (4) less 4.54% and (5 ) is very less 0%.

 

Conclusion: The conclusion is that the level of Organizational management and development of Musi Swimming Club's Swimming Sport Achievement is good with an average consideration of 170.1. The level of organizational management and coaching for Musi Swimming Club's Swimming Sports Achievements. very good category 0 people or 0%, either 16 people or 72.73%, enough 5 people or 22.73%, less than 1 person or 4.55% and very less 0 people or 0%
