Abstract

At the beginning of 2020, the world was shocked by the emergence of an infectious disease that was originally discovered in the Wuhan area, China called covid 19. Since it was discovered this virus has spread widely to cause a global pandemic that continues to this day. One of the Indonesian government's policies to overcome this spread is to impose large-scale social restrictions (PSBB). PSBB applies to all sectors from the industrial sector to the education sector.

In an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the government has taken several policies, especially in the field of education, including the closure of schools, ranging from early childhood education, primary and secondary schools to universities. Instead, a distance learning system was used and an online education platform was opened. This requires teachers to be able to make adjustments to their duties with various changes in educational methods. The impact that occurs is that they are required to have the skills to compose online materials in a short time, adapt to exposure to information technology that they may not understand so far, and conditioning students to take part in online learning is also not something easy to do. This situation if it continues can cause fatigue.

The purpose of this study was to determine the distribution of work fatigue on public elementary school teachers in North Purwokerto District, to find out the most influential factors on fatigue and to find solutions to problem solving. The method used is an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach, the sample in this study was taken by a total sampling of 117 teachers spread across North Purwokerto District.
