Abstract

Background: Kindergarten students really need a form of physical activity that is packaged in the games provided. Physical literacy can be described as motivation, self-confidence, physical competence, knowledge and understanding to maintain physical activity throughout life. Physical literacy is the mastery of basic movements and sports skills. Kindergarten students must be given a variety of exercises to optimize multilateral movement, but before developing a model, they must arrange questions to conduct a preliminary study.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to test the validity and reliability of the questionnaire to develop a model of physical activity based on physical literacy in kindergarten students.

Methods: This research method is a development with a quantitative approach which consists of 3 stages, namely: the first stage is to analyze documents to develop questions that are in accordance with the research objectives, the second stage is to send questions via google form to experts with a Likert scale of 1-4, the third stage is the results of the assessment from the experts were analyzed using the formula content validity ratio (CVR), content validity index (CVI) and Cronbach Alpha to test content validity and reliability. The participants are 52 experts in document processing.

Results: The results of the content validity ratio (CVR) analysis of all questions get a value of 0.600-1.000, then the results of the content validity ratio (CVI) get 1.016 results exceeding the minimum limit of 0.30, while the results of the Cronbach Alpha analysis are 0.812> 0.60-0.70.

Conclusion: Based on the results of the analysis of the content validity ratio (CVR), content validity index (CVI) and Cronbach Alpha, it can be concluded that the questionnaire compiled by the author can be said to have high validity and reliability, therefore the questionnaire can be used to conduct research at a later stage.
