Abstract

Abstract

Background: Football is a beautiful game. No one knows who invented football. However, it didn't take long for football to reach every corner of the world. Football players will not be successful without a team. A selfish player will destroy his team, so teamwork is everything. This form of teamwork is governed by a guide, namely strategy and tactics in the game. Strategy is a general concept or idea agreed upon by the team. The training principles are the readiness principle, individual principle, adaptation principle, overload principle, progressive principle, specific principle, variation principle, warming-up and cooling principle, reversed principle, not excessive principle, and systematic principle.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe Training Model of Basic Football Techniques for Early Age

Methods: The method used is literature study or literature review. A literature study is a research design used in collecting data sources related to a topic. As part of the literature study data collection, a database was used to search for literature sources. Literature study aims to describe the main content based on the information obtained. Data collection used the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews And Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) method. The research was carried out by analyzing the journal and then making a summary related to the questions and objectives of the research. The journal search procedure has criteria according to the PICOT procedure. The questions used to review journals have been adapted to the PICOT method. Each question has P = problem/population. This study uses p as the problem. I/E= implementation/intervention/exposure. Researchers examined the model of basic soccer technique training according to age groups. C= control/comparative intervention. Researchers did not use comparative or control interventions in the study. T = time / time. Researchers conducted research review journals in the last ten years. The strategy used in the literature search is through databases of national and international journal providers. The database of national and international journal providers can be accessed through several websites.

Results: The training model of basic football technique according to age group consists of (1) the age group of 6-7 years (2) the age group of 7-8 years and (3) the age group of 10-11 years. The training method consists of (1) ball mastery and juggling (2) dribbling and running with the ball (3) passing and receiving (4) heading (5) throw in (6) small-sided game. The equipment needed in training/teaching is (a) portable goalposts of various sizes (b) kicking board or rebound goal (c) portable free-kick wall (d) cones (marking cones) of various sizes (e) simple physical exercise equipment ( f) balls of various sizes and colors (g) place for soccer tennis and soccer volleyball practice (h) video camera (i) storage area for tools.

Conclusion: The basic technique of playing football is the most important aspect in developing children's football. So that in the process of training / teaching basic football techniques, it is carried out in stages based on the characteristics of the age group. The basic technique training model for playing football based on stages according to age group consists of (1) mastery of the ball (ball mastery and jugling), (2) dribbling and running with the ball, (3) passing and receiving, (4) heading, (5) throw-in, and (4) small sided games with a new concept designed according to the needs and developments of students. By understanding the characteristics associated with playing football above, coaches and educators can provide appropriate training materials when practicing/learning. Individual and small group play, especially in pairs, is essential for ball touch and learning at their own pace. Training materials will often be done in pairs to strengthen communication, cooperation, and conceptualization of football principles.
