1.  Question: On Submission step: The [New Submission] link is not available?

 Answer: Please activate your role as an Author.

Click:  Edit My Profile, then put a tick mark (v) on Author side.

 

2. How to make a payment after Registration?
Answer:

After doing Registration, and receive the Invoice, please follow the payment instruction according to the bank you pay, as following:

3. Question: Can the Invoice be paid from Abroad account?

Answer:
Unfortunately, the bills cannot serve payments from abroad. For participants from abroad please contract the Committee at email: icsard@unsoed.ac.id
