Author Guidelines

Essential guidelines & Templates

Please follow these essential guidelines when preparing your paper:

• Basic guidelines for preparing a paper
• Guidelines for preparing reference lists

Authors must prepare their papers using our Microsoft Word or LaTeX2e templates, and then convert these to PDF format for submission:

• Microsoft Word templates
• LaTeX2e class file

Submission Preparation Checklist

1. Must be written in English
   
2. contain original research contribution (all papers will be examined against plagiarism checker engine);
3. the submission file is in MS Word or PDF file format (produced from MS Word or LaTex template);
   

   Get the template Microsoft Word templates , LaTeX2e class file

4. All URL addresses in the text (e.g., http://pkp.sfu.ca) are activated and ready to click.
5. since the review process is double-blind, the submission must be anonymous, so information that might identify the authors - including author names, affiliations, acknowledgments, or obvious self-citations - must be excluded;

Authors submitting to this conference agree to the following terms:

1. Authors hold copyright to their work, while allowing the conference to place these unpublished works under a Creative Commons Attribution License, which allows others to access, use and share the work freely, with acknowledgments of the authorship and presentation initially at this conference.

Authors may waive the CC license terms and enter into separate additional contractual arrangements for non-exclusive distribution and subsequent publication of this work (for example, publishing a revised version in a journal, posting it to institutional repository or publishing it in a book ), with thanks for his initial presentation at this conference.
